An agricultural season marked by resilience

Sustainability at Agrozzi is approached from an operational and measurable standpoint, integrating water efficiency, renewable energy, and circular economy.
In agriculture, the push toward technified irrigation has been key: today, close to 90% of our tomato hectares operate under this system, with water savings of nearly 50% and significant increases in productivity. In industry, we have made progress in measuring and reducing consumption, with continuous improvements in the treatment and reuse of water from industrial liquid waste (RILES), including specific projects at key plants such as Teno.

Finally, in circular economy, Agrozzi has advanced in waste valorization, reusing industrial by-products (sludge, for example) as soil improvers.
In line with these advances, we have also driven important energy-efficiency initiatives at the corporate level.
Nos Industrial Center (Carozzi)
To all of the above, we add a recent corporate milestone: the launch, together with Copec, of the largest photovoltaic parking project in Chile at the Nos Industrial Center. This initiative comprises more than 5,000 solar panels, with a generation capacity of close to 3.9 GWh per year and an estimated reduction of 1,500 tons of CO₂ annually — equivalent to planting more than 62,000 trees.

We are experts in offering premium quality raw materials for the food industry.
