About us

With the arrival of winter, Agrozzi has begun planning for the 2025-2026 season, focusing on achieving a solid and high-quality production once again, especially in our key crops such as tomatoes, along with other fruits and vegetables that are part of our portfolio.

Our team of agricultural advisors is already in the field, working closely with farmers to provide support from the early stages of the production cycle. Their work focuses on delivering specialized technical guidance, sharing best practices, and anticipating solutions to potential seasonal challenges. This close collaboration allows us to optimize soil preparation, the management of agricultural inputs, and planting schedules, ensuring that each crop progresses with the necessary support to meet the quality and yield standards that define us.

Tomatoes: Strengthening the Foundations for a Competitive Crop

Tomatoes remain one of the fundamental pillars of our production. This winter, we are working in close collaboration with our farmers to optimize pre-planting processes, ensuring efficient agricultural management that enables achieving proper yields and quality, while overcoming potential climatic challenges.

We have also started the process of contracting farmers for the upcoming season, securing the necessary crop areas to meet our supply goals. This early step allows us to plan more accurately for agricultural input needs, adjust planting and transplant schedules, and reinforce our commitment to our network of farmers, promoting long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and efficiency.

With a commitment covering over 5,000 hectares and the support of around 180 farmers, we project a season with raw material volumes approaching 475,000 tons, aiming to maintain the high-quality standards that distinguish our production and fulfill our commercial commitments.

Apples: Enhancing a High-Demand and Promising Crop

In the case of apples, one of our strategic Mediterranean fruit crops, work for the 2025-2026 season has already begun with orchard evaluations, variety selection, and management planning to optimize fruit quality and post-harvest life. We are reinforcing technical field monitoring to ensure good yields with uniform sizes, attractive color, and soluble solids that meet our customers’ expectations. These early actions allow us to anticipate adjustments based on flowering and fruit set progress, strengthening our competitiveness in a market that demands consistency and excellence in every harvest.

Other Crops and Trends for the Upcoming Season

In addition to tomatoes, the 2025-2026 season includes the continuation and expansion of Mediterranean fruits such as apples, pears, peaches, plums, and apricots, which face a climate context that requires flexibility and constant adaptation. We are closely monitoring flowering and development conditions, which will determine the quality and yield of these crops.

In parallel, we are advancing with the diversification of crops such as bell peppers, pumpkins, onions, carrots, celery, strawberries, cherries, and blueberries, which complement our portfolio and strengthen our ability to respond to market demands.

Winter is a key period to prepare the land and anticipate potential climate impacts. Rainfall and low temperatures require us to design comprehensive strategies that consider water management, plant health, and crop nutrition from the earliest stages.

The joint work between our team of agricultural advisors and farmers will ensure the productivity and quality that characterize Agrozzi, reaffirming our commitment to sustainability and agricultural innovation.
