We developed the program “I Commit to Food Safety”, to strengthen each employee’s commitment to producing safe food.

One of the main initiatives within this program is the “Food Safety Route”, which details every stage of the production process and the role of the supporting areas.

The Food Safety Route is composed of six fundamental stages:

1. Evaluation and purchasing of raw materials and supplies
2. Transportation of raw materials and supplies
3. Reception and storage

4. Production process
5. Storage and preparation of finished‑goods shipments
6. Loading and distribution of finished goods

Strategic Support Areas

In addition to the production stages, several areas support the Food Safety Route, ensuring optimal conditions throughout the entire chain:

• Reception, security, and general services
• Information technology
• Human resources
• Maintenance, projects, and engineering

• Green point and recovery zones
• Boiler operations, supply chain, environment, and wastewater systems
• Development and quality

Communication and Dissemination

To strengthen employee awareness and commitment, an internal communication program was implemented, which includes:

  • Publishing content on physical bulletin boards located at plant entrances.
  • Sending information through digital bulletin boards via mass emails.

• Internal and client audits
