We developed the program “I Commit to Food Safety”, to strengthen each employee’s commitment to producing safe food.
One of the main initiatives within this program is the “Food Safety Route”, which details every stage of the production process and the role of the supporting areas.

The Food Safety Route is composed of six fundamental stages:
1. Evaluation and purchasing of raw materials and supplies
2. Transportation of raw materials and supplies
3. Reception and storage
4. Production process
5. Storage and preparation of finished‑goods shipments
6. Loading and distribution of finished goods
In addition to the production stages, several areas support the Food Safety Route, ensuring optimal conditions throughout the entire chain:
• Reception, security, and general services
• Information technology
• Human resources
• Maintenance, projects, and engineering
• Green point and recovery zones
• Boiler operations, supply chain, environment, and wastewater systems
• Development and quality
To strengthen employee awareness and commitment, an internal communication program was implemented, which includes:

The Food Safety Route also highlights improvements implemented across processes and other conditions that strengthen our food‑safety culture, such as:
• BRCGS certification
• Internal and client audits
• Corporate food‑safety committee
• Programs such as Food Defense
• Monthly talks and training sessions
We are experts in offering premium quality raw materials for the food industry.
