We developed the program \u201cI Commit to Food Safety\u201d<\/strong>, to strengthen each employee\u2019s commitment to producing safe food.<\/p>\n

One of the main initiatives within this program is the \u201cFood Safety Route\u201d<\/strong>, which details every stage of the production process and the role of the supporting areas.<\/p>\n

The Food Safety Route is composed of six fundamental stages:<\/p>\n
