The activity took place in Teno, with local authorities and experts in sustainable agriculture in attendance.<br><br>The event featured the participation of Teno\u2019s mayor, Sandra Am\u00e9stica, alongside Naoto Shinozaki, an agronomist from Kagome Company, who shared insights on innovative drip irrigation systems using artificial intelligence. Francisca Vega from Campo Limpio addressed the latest regulations, including the REP Law and the management system for agro-industrial packaging. Among them, special awards were given to those exemplifying the Carozzi Spirit, highlighting their dedication and collaborative efforts, which have strengthened shared growth over generations.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis is an opportunity to connect with our strategic partners and share best practices in sustainable agriculture, addressing critical issues such as climate change and water scarcity. It also allows us to review the previous season and apply those lessons to the upcoming one. Through Agrozzi, the company processes over 800,000 tons of fruits and vegetables, exporting to more than 50 countries across five continents. Additionally, Carozzi contracts 34% of Chile\u2019s annual tomato production, processing over 400,000 tons annually.<br>Under its \u201cCrecer Juntos\u201d program, Carozzi maintains a strategic partnership with its farmers, promoting contract farming and price discovery models. Currently, nearly 90% of the 4,000 hectares of tomato fields are under advanced irrigation, increasing yields from an average of 65 to 95 tons per hectare.
